Children's Ministries

We believe it is never too early to start training kids in the way of the Lord. Proverbs 22:6 says, "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." We provide many opportunities for children to learn about God so they will learn to love and serve Him at a young age.

Nursery

During every service there is a nursery provided for children three and under. We provide a clean, safe and well-staffed nursery for the children. Our professional, dedicated workers ensure adults are able to enjoy the service without distraction. A pager is provided for parents with infants so the nursery attendant can reach you if there is a need.

Sunday School

The children's Sunday school ministry is designed to train young people how to grow spiritually and to ground them in the doctrines of the Bible. The children are sure to have a great time in their exciting Sunday school classes each week. We have Bible-centered classes that are age-specific for children 4 years old to 6th grade.

Our experienced and friendly group of teachers will teach Bible lessons on the level of the children so they will be able to learn the Scripures. These classes will make church fun and memorable for your child. Greeters will help direct you to the appropriate classes. Sunday school begins at 10:00 a.m.

We also have junior church for children who come to church without their parents. This is a great way for the children to enjoy church on their level during our morning service at 11:00 a.m.

Kids Choir

Children are taught to lift up their voice in song unto the Lord. The kids choir sings monthly and meets for practice every Sunday at 5:00 p.m.

Kings Kids

The emphasis in the curriculum is placed upon Bible memory within the context of Doctrine and character building.

The curriculum is self-paced and consists of six books and three electives (music, missions, and creation science). Each level of accomplishment is tied to an award system that serves to keep kids motivated to continue memorizing. The amount of curriculum provided is enough to keep kids busy for six years.

A typical King’s Kids Club evening format is balanced between Bible memory time, preaching time, and game time. With this program, some children have committed hundreds of Bible verses to memory! King's Kids meets every Sunday at 5:00 p.m.
